KRIM Network Support System (KRISS) is a web based application for tracking issues related to computer hardware and peripherals. It provides a internet based tracking channel between the company and our customers. The system was developed in house using open source Linux, Apache,MySQL and PHP (LAMP) technology architecture.
The Software Unit Portal for KRIM Network Sdn Bhd provides a web based communication channel between the Software Unit and its clients. Through this Portal, casual users can browse our profile and general information, while registered users can access our knowledge base, view related manuals and log issues. This Portal uses the open source Drupal content management system on the open source Linux, Apache, MySQL and PHP (LAMP) technology architecture.
