The electronic Programme Monitoring System (ePMS) is a web based application for assisting the Terengganu State Government monitor the progress, efficiency, and effectiveness of programmes implemented. It provides an additional layer to the State Government SPEKS financial information system that allowed decision makers to have a unified view between financial and physical progress. The web based application is developed using open source Linux, Apache, MySQL and PHP technologies.
