KRIM : Web Application Software Developer

An application of the Drupal open source content management framework for collecting data and analysing information from the internet. Includes a taxonomy of multilingual ontologies, automated content tagging, time-series marking, flash chart queries. A tool for people who need to analyse unstructured textual content. The web based application is developed using open source Linux, Apache, MySQL and PHP technologies. Subscribed users can access the i-IDA Knowledge Base. KRIM Network Support System (KRISS) is a web based application for tracking issues related to computer hardware and peripherals. It provides a internet based tracking channel between the company and our customers. The system was developed in house using open source Linux, Apache,MySQL and PHP (LAMP) technology architecture.

The Google Apps service is used as our communication collaboration tool for email, calendar and document sharing. The selection was based on free features for personalisation. hosting capacity, accessibility through the internet, and accessibility through the mobile phone. The Software Unit Portal for KRIM Network Sdn Bhd provides a web based communication channel between the Software Unit and its clients. Through this Portal, casual users can browse our profile and general information, while registered users can access our knowledge base, view related manuals and log issues. This Portal uses the open source Drupal content management system on the open source Linux, Apache, MySQL and PHP (LAMP) technology architecture.
