The Google Apps service is used as our communication collaboration tool for email, calendar and document sharing. The selection was based on free features for personalisation. hosting capacity, accessibility through the internet, and accessibility through the mobile phone. eAduan

The electronic Aduan system is a web based application for departments and agencies under the State Government of Terengganu to receive and respond to complaints from the community. It provides the community a single internet channel and allows collaboration between the relevant departments and agencies to respond to the complaints. The web based application is developed using open source Linux, Apache, MySQL and PHP technologies.
