The Economic Intelligence Database System (EIDS) is a web based application for the Ministry of Finance to maintain a database of economic indicators. It facilitates the sharing of data by providing a consistent interface and view of economic data, and provides automated calculation of weighted indices, time series accumulation, and multi entity consolidation. The web based application is developed using open source Linux, Apache, MySQL and PHP technologies. Registered users can view the Knowledge Base.
